Some low lying …
Some low lying islands show a decrease? Are you nuts? How can sea levels decrease and increase? Does water have hills? You skeptics talk about scientists falsifying data and come up with some stupid shit.
Global temps are up! When numbers tend away from zero on the positive side, that’s call “up”. So if you say have 1 and then a 2 then it’s up. Same with numbers for sea levels etc.

The only two …
The only two sources of raw data regarding historical CO2 emissions and earth temperature are the CRU data (which was fudged) and some data that NASA will not release. That’s it. There are no other sources of long-term data. So you want us to make judgments and legislation on falsified data and data that is being kept secret? No thanks!
Why don’t we focus on other things like nuclear energy, solid waste, and endangered species? Probably because they won’t bring in money and votes anymore.

There’s just too much data from other sources. You can’t imagine all the skeptics have totally reliable data. Nuts!

The data that the IPCC used to make those predictions was fudged, as proven by the climategate emails.
Food prices are up due to an increase of farm land being used to make bio-fuel instead of food. If we would go back to just growing food food prices would go back down.
Who are these people in low lying islands that have been displaced? Names and dates please.

Global temps have increased by about that much since the start of this century already. Predictions are for a further 1.1 to 6.4 C from IPCC. World food prices are up by 40% and some people can’t afford food. A Some people in low lying islands in the pacific are being displaced right now.
The world’s economy is already in ruins! The US owes a trillion! And a massive environmental disaster means the world’s economy will totally collapse or cease to exist. Bankruptcy? How does that matter?

The one who lies, has lost every credibility.

There is no way around it.

CO2 in sufficient quantities is poisonous. It kills you!
Emissions trading is about taxing big polluters. Not me or you. Yes, they will pass on the costs but damage due to climate change could be much more expensive. Food prices are on the rise already.
Scientist only have theories. That’s what they do. And you can never prove a theory true only false. They are the basic fundamentals of science.
The biggest “dagger” is the sub prime mortgage crisis. It cost trillions and it really was a scam

CO² is not a poisonous gas.

There is proof they altered climate data, so it fits in their theory (it’s still just a theory!) better, so your government can take more of your money.

“circumstantial evidence, like pictures which don’t make sense” doesn’t prove anything. It’s possible for man to go to the moon and take pictures that don’t make sense (to us on another planet).
Someone lying about climate change doesn’t disprove the theory either. If the climate changes, someone lying about it doesn’t effect that change.
Your logic is flawed because your assumptions have no effect on the issues. This doesn’t mean you’re right or wrong. Just meaningless.

Nobody is proposing …
Nobody is proposing taxing the burning of wood or anything. The tax on big industry producing large amounts of CO2 would be used to offset pollution. It’s simply factoring in the cost of pollution into creating it.
Breathing CO2 etc, out is perfectly normal. Massive consumption of fossil fuels isn’t. It’s important to make this distinction.
It’s ironic that this guy’s nemesis, George W. perpetrated the big scam of the decade with the lies about WMDs. That was, by definition a “conspiracy”

Yes, I do! I was stating my point, not quoting you.
My point is: The claim CO2 is life giving/harmless is false. CO2 is toxic in high doses (though emissions trading is not about humans breathing the gas).
Look to your right and read the text under “more info”. This text claims CO2 is “life giving”.
At the present rate of increase, sooner or later there will be too much CO2. And plants aren’t converting it all to oxygen or the level would plateau. It’s not difficult to understand.
