    Van Hollen is a …
Van Hollen is a moron. That was not the message we are giving you. The message you are going to get at your next election is GO HOME. Any Congress member that supported this bill will be voted out. If any member of the senate votes for this, they will too go home. We don’t want government run health care. That’s the message! Listen to your voters and NOT those who lobby you.

    Once again the …
Once again the cowards (GOP) try to throw out diversionary facts about unemployment and the economy. 16 mil Americans are out of work, who will soon receive a letter from their insurance companies stating either pay this sum, which is at least 5X their usual premium, or lose their health coverage. These are the same companies that fill the coffers of the GNP every day. These are the same companies that give lifetime health coverage to their execs as a perk. Maybe if we had a universal plan ….

    Thanks to obama, …
Thanks to obama, reid and pelosi for reinvigorating the Conservative movement. We are less than 360 days from landslide elections. Real Conservatives, step up to replace the leftist democrats and RINO’s.

    Sure, Americans …
Sure, Americans will love affordable health care while we sit in lines like the DMV and watch other expenses skyrocket to make up the difference. Not to mention the treatment and medicines to make our quality of life go down. Great plan. By the way, reputable polls show the majority oppose this plan, not support it. What a mess this is for America. Lets start all the massive take over and tyranny. Thanks libs, your kids will thank you later when they ask you what freedon was like.

    Not sure where the …
Not sure where the left gets it’s figures from, but all reputable polls show more people oppose this plan than support. Plus to say the right will be dead within a year is plain ignorant. The ones who voted this in are history in 2010 other than those possibly in heavy blue districts, but you will seee a shift in power, no doubt about it, so keep blowing your trumpets, it will be short lived.

    I never thought our …
I never thought our government would fail us so badly. If you think corporate greed is behind many of our problems wait and see what the government has in store for us in the near future!

This is nothing but a greedy power grab by Pelosi, Reid, Obama and the other socialists. The pain these people are inflicting on this country is unreal – and all under the guise of “fairness” and helping people.

    Sure, paulo1149. …
Sure, paulo1149. People are going to be mighty angry when they are able to afford health insurance. That’s understandable. And Krauthammer is a genius, not a partisan propagandist. And the majority of Americans, per Pence, are opposed to a government-run health care program, despite every single poll showing that the exact opposite is precisely the case. Keep living in Candyland, my friend. Facts are indeed stupid things.

    Von Holland thinks …
Von Holland thinks 08 was a radical mandate, but ignores Obama’s plummeting numbers and Tuesday’s election results. Also see Krauthammer’s excellent recent dissection of the 08 election anomaly, where he cites that Obama got in on a modest majority, despite historically bad economic conditions and an unpopular sitting president.

Great job, Mike, and great speech last night. Broadly, it sounded like the Pubs are finally getting the message. This is going to come back and bite the Dems.
